         Information and Communication Technologies or ICT are term that includes any communication device or application. In ICT Today or commonly called as the Internet, these are the application that is used not only in  socializing but also for educational, health care or library purposes.It is also used as a tool for communication and transmission of information.  As the 21st century came it is used to share, find or look for information or ideas through internet or online.

         The world wide web or the the www  is created by a  British computer scientist, Tim Berners Lee. It allows documents to connect to other documents through hyperlinks. There are three versions of web. The first web is the Web 1.0. This is the oldest web that only allow people to read documents. Next is the Web 2.0 or the read and write web, in which people are have the access to read, create, comment,, and edit documents. The next and latest version of the world wide web is the Web 3.0. Web 3.0 or also known as semantic executing web. This web is similar to Web 2.0 but this web is much faster than the web 2.0.

         Social Media are the application that are widely used by the people on the 21st century. These are the application that is used to communicate to other people that is far from you. This is also used to find friends through electronic meas. Though. it is useful, social media can harm or destroy other peoples life. There is so called cyber-bullying  in which social media are used to bully people. Through social media, people can also spread false information. But in totality, social media are more convenient and more helpful for all the people.
